Fly fishing
Went to a local spot outside of Hotchkiss with Sandi, Jimmy, Eva, Jeff, Leta, Justin & Dakota. We fished 4 of the 8 ponds and caught a variety of cutthroat, brown and rainbows.
iPhone 3G Jailbreak pending…
Link: blog.iphone-dev.org. I’m waiting impatiently for the dev team to release the jailbreak for iPhone 3G. Looks like it is still a few days away. While the new 3G has access to all the apps in the iTunes App Store, there are still a lot of programs that will never be available there that would be nice to add to the phone. Just FYI, jailbreaking modifies the iPhone to allow full access to the OS X operating system, including the ability to modify just about everything and add additional 3rd party programs not available via the iTunes store. It’s geeky but fun.
Skid Vicious has surgery
Sandi took her baby colt to have minor surgery done on his leg. He had a tendon issue that needed a slight tweak. All seems well and he is up and around only hours after waking.
I love my flags
Sandi got me the flagpole several years ago for Christmas but I didn’t I install it until last month. I especially like the Gadsden flag. It is in our back yard.
Great dinner
Scallops on a bed of rice and romaine. This is part of the reason why I have dropped form a high weight of 282 in December of 2007 to 229 this week, My goal is to get to about 190 lbs.
